The technical analysis of the EURUSD price chart on 4-hour timeframe shows EURUSD,H4 is declining under the 200-period moving average MA(200) after returning below MA(200) two weeks ago. We believe the bearish momentum will continue after the price breaches below the lower bound of the Donchian channel at 1.08775. A level below this can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to sell. The stop loss can be placed above 1.09139. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved to the next fractal high indicator, following Parabolic signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. If the price meets the stop loss level without reaching the order, we recommend cancelling the order: the market has undergone internal changes which were not taken into account.

The ZEW economic sentiment for Germany improved in October. The ZEW survey results showed German ZEW economic sentiment index rose to 13.1 in October from 3.6 for September when an increase to 10.2 was forecast. While the assessment of the current economic situation in Germany continued to worsen, respondents indicated a significant uptick in the economic expectations of financial market experts in the economic development of the eurozone in October. Improving German economic expectations is bullish for EURUSD. However, the current setup is bearish for the currency pair.
